This is an opportunity for 3 supervisors to join a growing business, with a portfolio of homes to manage either in Alkimos, Ellenbrook or Byford.
The Role: Reporting to the leadership team, you will have the responsibility for: Supervise and manage the construction of single storey homes Allocate materials and trades to job sites Ensure timely construction of new homes Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner Inspect completed projects to ensure the highest standard of quality is delivered Maintain and update company systems via i Pad and laptop Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process What's in it for you?
