This is an opportunity for 3 supervisors to join a growing business, with a portfolio of homes to manage either in Alkimos, Ellenbrook or Byford.
The Role:Reporting to the leadership team, you will have the responsibility for:
Supervise and manage the construction of single storey homesAllocate materials and trades to job sitesEnsure timely construction of new homesEffectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional mannerInspect completed projects to ensure the highest standard of quality is deliveredMaintain and update company systems via iPad and laptopNegotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite worksIdentify and resolve problems throughout the construction processWhat's in it for you?Up to $120,000 + Super (DOE)6.5 weeks annual leave$5k-$10k production bonus per yearFully expensed company vehicleFuel cardiPad / LaptopIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply now or contact Ian Bond on 0424 150 *** or ****** for more information.
