Volume Detached Home BuildersKDRB Home BuildersMedium-Density Townhouse BuildersCustom Home BuildersHigh-End Luxury Home BuildersLocations and vacancies available now across all the above project types include: Northern SuburbsWestern SuburbsSouthern SuburbsKey Responsibilities of the Role: Manage a number of new home builds in construction concurrently within the respective type of home build projects listed aboveUp to 12-15 houses in construction at any one time on averageCombination of single and double-story homesAllocate materials and trades to job sites.Ensure timely construction of new homes within budgetEffectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner.Construction of new homes are carried out safely and comply with company processes and procedures.Inspecting completed projects to ensure a high standard of qualityMaintaining and updating company systems (ClickHome, OnSite Companion, similar software systems)Reporting to management regarding onsite activityNegotiating with subcontractors and coordinating onsite worksIdentifying and resolving problems throughout the construction process.Role Requirements: At least 3-4 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume home building industry.Tertiary qualifications within building and constructionTrade background will be highly advantageousDemonstrated experience within the construction sector with excellent building knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to build a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.Proven track record of problem-solvingTeam playerExcellent IT skills and computer literacy with construction-specific software packages.Commitment to WHS principles and practicesThe key benefits for you: Market-leading and highly competitive salary packages on offer (based on experience)Working within a very supportive and collaborative team environmentAn excellent company culture that promotes teamwork and collaborationGenuine career progression opportunities and growthContinued on-the-job training and developmentCompany social eventsClose-knit teamHow to Apply?
