The Role: We are looking for a Site Supervisor with extensive experience in residential construction to oversee the build of high-quality homes. You will manage material deliveries, coordinate on-site subcontractors, and ensure that homes are built to the highest standards. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments and direct communication with customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supervising all aspects of construction sites, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget management. Monitoring work progress to ensure it meets high standards. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Maintaining accurate records of site activities in our scheduling system (ClickHomes), including progress reports and inspections. To be successful in this role, you will need: A QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's License (minimum requirement). Strong organizational skills, a solid work ethic, and a high level of integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of construction practices, materials, and techniques. Proven experience with HSE requirements and a track record as a Site Supervisor in the residential industry. Carpentry experience will be an advantage.
