Among its impressive portfolio are groundbreaking developments of accommodation, luxury buildings as well as commercial developments, some project values of up to 100 Million.Benefits Permanent opportunity with an industry leaderGreat team environmentOpportunity for career growthVery successful company with an excellent reputation within the industryAbout the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join an industry leader.Key Responsibilities: Experienced in a wide range of construction supervision including renovations, new builds, commercial and residential.Have an interest or experience in the full development lifecycle of a project such as approvals, feasibilities, design.Supervise and coordinate site activities for various commercial and residential projects.Support in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain smooth operations.Manage safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager in both residential / high rise / commercial settings.Strong understanding of tilt-up construction methods - Essential.Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to various project locations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Required Previous experience in a similar role.Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in commercial and accommodation experience.Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures.Extensive background in managing budgets for large-scale construction projects.Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.Full Australian Working Rights.If you're keen to embark on a new venture and want to join an industry leader, then click APPLY or contact Meg on for a confidential discussion.
