The RoleOur client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience in Remedial Building and Facade Re-cladding works to join their team.
You will have 4+ years experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman in Remedial Building works (Essential).
Reporting directly into an experienced Project Manager, this Remedial Building Site Supervisor would be a hands-on Supervisor with experience in all aspects of Remedial Building works.
What are we looking for? Trade Qualification as either a Carpenter or Waterproofer4+ years experience as a Remedial Building Site Supervisor running projects up to $5M+Experience working on defence projects would be beneficial however not essentialDefence clearance or clean police record checkSupervisor experienced in scheduling daily work for a crew consisting of 1 Leading Hand and between 4 - 6 internal staff and subcontractorsAbility to identify issues and problem solveAbility to guide and direct subcontractorsA clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager and Construction ManagerWhite CardAbility to lead, give direction and adviseSupervisor with a strong safety mindsetAbility to hold Tool Box / Safety TalksFull Australian Working rightsWhat is on offer for you?
