Site Supervisor - Brisbane Northside Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor to support their growing demand in the Brisbane Northside and Moreton Bay Regional Council area! As a prominent family-owned residential builder established in 2009, our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and the highest quality homes in the industry.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction and quality of new projects and custom homes, thriving under pressure, and ensuring perfection in every home. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects and trades simultaneously while ensuring compliance with all building regulations and procedures, taking pride in delivering beautifully finished homes.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee site performance for multiple projects, ensuring high standards from trades and cost-effectiveness. Maximize site production through effective scheduling and management of various subcontractors. Closely monitor build timelines to meet HIA contractual obligations. Regularly review building practices and procedures to maintain the highest standards. Provide timely updates and effective communication with management and administrative teams to keep clients informed. Conduct on-site walk-throughs, meetings, and handovers with clients. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Relevant experience as a residential Site Supervisor. A current QBCC Site Supervisor license. Strong time management and project management skills. Knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations, and QA systems. Experience in developing and managing relationships with trades and external networks. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. A friendly yet professional approach to customer service. Carpentry skills are preferred but not required. Experience with CoConstruct scheduling software is an advantage. Our Client Offers: A competitive salary package, negotiable based on experience.
