Site Supervisor (Medium Density)

Our client are a builder who purely specialize in townhouse developments and as a result they are renowned for being one of the best in their space.
As a result, they have an impressive portfolio of work at the construction stage and are looking to expand their growing team with proven talent to deliver on their pipeline of projects to come.
They are aligned with a major developer ensuring that their is a substantial and consistent pipeline of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Willingness to shadow and learn from experienced Site Supervisors to gain a deeper understanding of the company's construction processes and procedures

Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to take ownership of your own portfolio of homes to site manage after completion of the shadowing period Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies Monitoring progress of construction projects and reporting on project status Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is carried out to the required standard and on schedule Resolving issues that arise on site and escalating to the Site Manager when necessary
Requirements:
Qualified Carpentry certificate (advantageous) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required Valid driver's license and White Card Must have full unrestricted working rights for Australia
