This position is essential for the successful execution and delivery of residential construction projects throughout the Hervey Bay region.Responsibilities:Lead and guide trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with WH&S requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.Set an example with a strong work ethic and high standards for subcontractors.Schedule and release work orders to trades, subcontractors, and suppliers using Onsite Companion.Monitor project progress, update milestones, and maintain accurate forecasting in Onsite Companion.Provide regular progress updates to Construction Administration staff.Inspect work to meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.The Rewards:Base salary + super + company vehicle + phone + laptop etc.$500 bonus structure per job that achieves KPIs.Join a tight-knit team with a no politics policy; it is very much a collaborative team environment.Flexibility to run your own workbook and diary to suit your personal commitments and allow for work-life balance.Requirements:Previous Supervisory experience in a high volume market - QBCC Site Supervisors License mandatory.Strong computer skills - able to operate On-Site Companion.Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously.Longevity with previous employers who can provide reference checks.Outgoing, friendly personality.Certificate IV in Building and Construction.Trade Certificate in carpentry or similar.In the past 4 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed 11,000 people into meaningful employment.
