Site Supervisor | Insurance Builder | $90k - $120k + Super + Car + On Site ParkingOur client is a busy insurance builder who has been operating for over 12 years.
They are specialists in the insurance construction sector across residential properties.
With exciting growth across the company, they are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Site Supervisor.The business has a reputable brand and a vibrant, friendly and inclusive office and site culture.
They are stable and have been operating for 10+ years in NSW.The Role Overseeing and directing remedial works projects from conception to completion – Manage and book trades, time, cost, quality, communication, and safety.Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs against quoted budget.Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.Determine technical requirements for projects assigned and provide advice on jobs during all stages of the construction phase.Monitor and report on trade performance, assess quality and value of works completed.Provide feedback to the estimating team on scope items including cost allowances for OHSE, Council/Statutory Requirements, Contractual Requirements & Technical Requirements.Receive site-based escalations and ensure issues are rectified in a timely manner.Create and plan a project program and adhere to the requirements of the program by managing contractors on and off site.Communicate with relevant stakeholders.Involvement in after hours make safes where required.Respond to all recalls as the first inspection to determine the company's liability – where required.Requirements:Insurance industry knowledge and experience.Minimum of 2 years construction industry experience.Intermediate knowledge of computer applications, e.g.
MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.Understanding of Statutory and Local Government requirements.Sound knowledge of BCA regulations and Guide to Standards and Tolerances.Current Builders Licence or Qualified Building Supervisors License.Cert IV in Building & Construction or Diploma in Building and Construction.Proven ability to diagnose and resolve construction issues and identify problems early in project stage.Exceptional time management and prioritising skills.Ability to work in a team and autonomously when required.Excellent communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
