Salary: $115,000 – $140,000 pa + super + Company vehicle

Qualifications & Experience Experience in civil construction, with a focus on industrial sheds/factories.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role, leading teams and managing site operations.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, techniques, and materials.
Familiarity with relevant Australian standards, regulations, and codes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Safework NSW Construction Industry Induction (whitecard) or interstate equivalent.
Current and valid Australian Driver License - minimum C class.
Key Responsibilities Site Supervision:
Take charge of on-site activities, ensuring that construction operations are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of civil construction personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all work meets the specified quality standards, adheres to engineering designs and drawings, and complies with relevant regulations and codes.
Safety Compliance:
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site.
Conduct safety briefings, perform hazard assessments, and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and safety records.
Resource Management:
Efficiently manage resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.

The Site Supervisor has a great opportunity to closely work with a dynamic team of project managers and project engineers while leading a construction team, and assist in providing guidance on the best engineering solutions and best practices.
