Site Supervisor

The Company    Project home builder / volume home builder that has been in business for 15 years.
Employs 80 staff.
Their build for private clients and land developers About The Role    The Construction Supervisor / Site Supervisor will manage new build double storey home and townhouse projects from slab pour through to completion.
Will use industry software such as Onsite Companion or Clickhomes.
They have projects in Sydney's Western Suburbs and South-West Sydney (Leppington, Austral, Oran Park, Penrith, Minchinbury etc).
Basic salary between $110,000 and $135,000 plus super, vehicle, toll card, fuel card, mobile phone & laptop.
Duties   Manage day to day construction activities.
Schedule and forecast trades and materials.
Quality control.
Manage sub-contractors and suppliers.
Ensure site WHS.
Site meetings.
Project reporting to Construction Managers.
Skills & Experience   Current Drivers Licence Relevant building qualifications Trade background (carpentry or bricklaying) Experience in managing residential home construction from start to finish.
