NTC has a long-term operations contract and is looking for a versatile, hands-on, experienced Site Supervisor for a full-time role in the Pilbara.
The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all aspects of our construction projects.
This role requires a motivated senior professional with outstanding communication skills to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
The successful candidate will have experience forming lasting relationships with clients and promoting a positive culture and retention of staff on the project site.
This person should also be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver medium-sized, multi-faceted civil construction projects on time and within budget.
The ability to lead, motivate, and promote safety is paramount to success.
The role demands strong leadership to achieve required outcomes while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
Key Criteria: Experience working on an Operating Mine Site within the Pilbara region.Display a high level of commitment to project industrial safety.A substantial amount of experience working as a Supervisor on bulk earthworks & roadworks construction projects.Excellent leadership skills, with an ability to manage a team of subcontractors effectively to meet project requirements.Ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Provide support and advice on planning and construction.An ability to read engineering plans and specifications.Highly effective planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.The ability to indirectly lead, motivate, and influence others.Strong written and verbal communication skills.This position is FIFO from Perth on a 3:1 roster with camp accommodation.
