Seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for upcoming projects in regional WA. Join our team as we take on major Civil infrastructure projects in Western Australia's vibrant regional areas.
2:1 FIFO roster from Perth This role reports to the Project Manager and will work closely with site personnel onsite ensuring prompt project delivery and quality works.
This is a permanent role with SRG Global. Upon completion of this project, there will be the opportunity to move onto other upcoming and ongoing Civil projects around Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities: Effective supervision of direct and subcontractor resources on siteEnsure the Safety of employees and safe standards of workAbility to manage the project timeframe and ensure key dates are metDaily planning for work crews and in field leadershipScoping of site projects for accurate estimationWorking with the client and the Project Manager to ensure all KPI's are metTraining of new employeesPerformance review of employeesPromoting and leading a positive safety cultureEnsuring quality and environmental requirement of the project and the client are metCoordinating and managing subcontractors engaged onsiteThe successful applicant will ideally have: Experience with Concrete and structures.Strong communication and planning skillsDemonstrated experience in effective HSQE managementWillingness / ability to work in remote locations as may be requiredCert IV in Frontline Management or similar (favourable)Cert IV in WHS or similar (favourable)Hold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card).Pass a pre-employment medical and D&AAbout Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
