We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10 million.
About the Role We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Perth Metro based team with requirements to travel between projects. You will be responsible for project execution and delivery, whilst utilising your experience in Civil Construction Industry. Your responsibilities include:
Supervising one or multiple projects simultaneously. Managing construction crews of labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, and machine operators including selection and coordination of sub-contractors. Organising materials & machinery and ensuring workforce, machinery & materials are in the right place, at the right time, meeting projects' requirements. Allocate team member tasks and monitor work to ensure quality standards are always maintained. Proactively manage site operations to ensure compliance to all practices, policies, procedures, and in accordance with statutory and local Shire regulations. Lead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checks. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Any other site leadership requirements that may arise. Skills Required Communicate well, with all levels of the project team, with employees and subcontractors on site. Work with safety as a high priority, are always compliant. Adhere to policies and procedures in the execution of your work. A solutions mindset and strong focus in delivering exceptional results to your customer. Highly organized with a good eye for detail. A people motivator; you make people want to do things better. Comfortable with technology and able to use standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word.
