The role: The Site Supervisor manages site works, subcontractors, and ensures adherence to schedules, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities

Manage subcontractors, addressing construction issues, change management, and IFC design limitations.Serve as the primary POC for Client construction representatives.Supervise daily activities, ensuring adherence to quality, constructability, and safety standards.Monitor and report site progress, hazards, and incidents to the Infrastructure Manager.Assess and issue High-Risk Activity Permits.Ensure timely documentation uploads and compliance with safety protocols.


Requirements

Previous Site Supervisor experience in rail or construction; rail or telecom sector preferred.Understanding of rail environment and Network Operator HSE/Site Procedures.Strong communication, planning, and managerial skills.PTA Supervised Worker/Protection Officer accreditation is a plus.White/Blue Construction card and WA Driver's License required.How to apply: If you are interested and possess the right experience, please apply now via the link to be considered.
