Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor at Banana Bathrooms is responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing on-site operations, and ensuring the successful and timely completion of bathroom renovation projects. This role involves coordination, leadership, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with design plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the on-site construction team, including workers, contractors, and other personnel. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Quality Control: Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with project requirements. Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and project integrity. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations at the construction site, promoting a safe and secure work environment. Conduct safety meetings, educate team members on safety practices, and mitigate potential hazards. Help in curating SWMS and safe work processes. Resource Management: Manage and optimise the use of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure proper inventory management and timely procurement of necessary materials. Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between Banana Bathrooms and clients during the construction phase. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and maintain a positive client relationship throughout the project. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and incident reports. Generate and share regular project status reports with relevant stakeholders.
