Site Supervisor

A large builder known for delivering a portfolio of significant projects within the healthcare sector requires a Site Supervisor to manage projects in Sydney for a minimum 9-month contract, with the likelihood of this being extended due to a large volume of projects in the pipeline.
Projects available include new aged care facilities, independent living units, and some mixed-use developments.
You will be assigned your first project based on your location to oversee trades and subcontractors on a new build, fit-out project within the healthcare sector.
Project values range from $20 M - $50 M within the Sydney Metro area.
Duties Lead on-site operations and manage resources effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget completion at each stage.
Manage trades, subcontractors, logistics, deliveries, and material orders.
Work closely with the wider management team to provide regular updates and address any issues swiftly to avoid delays.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders through effective communication.
Keep accurate records of project activities, including reports on progress and any changes to the scope.
Skills & Experience Relevant construction-related certifications or qualifications.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings.
Experience supervising trades and subcontractors on new build and fit-out projects.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
