With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the MPA team.
About the role The Site Supervisor is accountable for daily support to site operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of premium projects within specified timelines and budgets. Our priority focus is the safety and well-being of all our people on site. Your steadfast focus on safety, quality, and adherence to the project schedule will have direct impact on our team performance and project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating various trades, undertaking site set-out, and assisting in scheduling trades aligned to the delivery program.
About you You will have 2-5 years experience in construction industry, ideally as a leading hand or equivalent.Experience in delivery of commercial fitouts and refurbishment projects an advantage but not essential.A trade background ideally in carpentry and/or Cert IV Building and Construction.A comprehensive understanding of construction practices, sequencing methodologies.Strong construction programming skills and the ability to develop long term relationships with subcontractors to ensure projects are finished to cost, quality and timeframes.Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.You like to take reasonable care for the Safety & Wellness of yourself and others in the work environment.Computer proficient and comfortable navigating MS Office suite of programs for email and word, and relevant project and Construction Software.What we offer Bringing life to our workplace means creating an environment for people to grow, connect and expand their career.
