Bayside Develop Construct are committed to delivering excellence in every project we take on. We're looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Part-time or Full-time position available starting in January.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations over multiple sites from project initiation to handover, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and contractual requirements. Lead site teams and collaborate with all project stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections to ensure progress aligns with project schedules, and quickly address any on-site challenges and ensure compliance with OHS standards. Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in managing construction sites, particularly in overseeing residential and commercial projects. Trade qualifications/background in construction. Formal qualifications in Project Management/Construction ideal but not essential. Strong leadership skills. Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and OHS regulations. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant computing skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
