With their client-focused approach and strong attention to detail and quality, they have built strong networks, allowing for a strong project pipeline with highly reputable clients.About the Position.As a Foreman, you will work directly with the Site and Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery on a bespoke mixed-use project valued at $50m. You will be responsible for leading the site team to ensure that all site activity is being completed efficiently, safely, and on budget.Duties.Manage Sub-contractors and TradesmenAid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flowOversee onsite safety requirementsManage structures and finishesSkills & Experience.Strong communication skills to ensure all trades are working cohesivelyAbility to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractorsDemonstrated project experience above $10MCulture.A highly enthusiastic and energetic team that thrives on challenging tasks.
