About the Position.

As a Foreman, you will work directly with the Site and Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery on a bespoke mixed-use project valued at $50m.
You will be responsible for leading the site team to ensure that all site activity is being completed efficiently, safely, and on budget.

Duties. Manage Sub-contractors and TradesmenAid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flowOversee onsite safety requirementsManage structures and finishes Skills & Experience. Strong communication skills to ensure all trades are working cohesivelyAbility to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractorsDemonstrated project experience above $10M Culture.
