They have a solid pipeline of projects heading into 2025 and a stable high performing team in Cairns.They are well known for the high quality of work they deliver as well as staff retention, job security and work-life balance. They focus on projects within the $20 - $100m category including commercial construction.The RoleDue to ongoing and recent project wins they are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, labourers, and materials to ensure efficient project delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.The ResponsibilitiesEnsure the timely delivery of projects, meeting agreed scope, timelines, and financial targets.Support site managers with the financial management of contractor agreements and administration.Prepare accurate estimates of quantities and costs for project tenders in a timely and efficient manner.RequirementsExposure to large Australian based builders (Tier 1 or 2 preferably)Experience on projects valued at $20m and above3+ years' experience in a supervisor position within the construction industryYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
