You will be working on long term projects in the Bundaberg Region with the potential for travel between project sites.

SITE SUPERVISORKDW Civil is a leading provider of civil and earthmoving services across the Bundaberg region and is currently seeking an experienced and capable Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
We take pride in our commitment to excellence, safety and effective communication throughout all phases of our projects.
In this role, you will oversee and manage the civil construction operations on site, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications and safety standards.Coordinate and manage site activities, including supervising subcontractors, labourers and machinery operators.Conduct regular site inspections, provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry regulations.Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress reports and safety records.If you possess the following, we would love to hear from you:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with reputable contractor.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of subcontractors and labourers.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA valid driver's license and relevant certifications in Civil construction and safety standards.What we can offer you:
