Site Supervisor

Design & Build are currently working with an established builder who has been in the NSW market for over 50 years. They are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who has a strong skill set delivering commercial projects up to $50M.Roles and Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor can include:Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractorsManaging the sub-contractors to ensure they are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities, monitoring their performance daily in regards to safety, quality and programme and report deficiencies to the Site ManagerAssisting the Site Manager in the commissioning and handover of the project by ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and provided to the Project ManagerManaging cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Site Manager, in order to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budgetTo be considered for the role of Site Supervisor you will require:Trade background and a Cert III or IV in Construction highly regardedGC21 experience highly regardedDemonstrable experience as a foreman or supervisor on projects up to $50MAustralian Citizen or Permanent Residency due to Security Clearance neededExperience in New-Build construction for a Head Contractor essentialProven experience in effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationshipsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Denise Kostoulias on (02) 29376 8200 or click apply.
