Site Supervisor

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a highly reputable QLD builder, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a passion for overseeing health projects. This project is located in Hervey Bay and is due to be completed Easter 2025. This is a highly attractive contract with the potential to go permanent or continue working as a contractor. This builder does not experience high staff turnover so it is a rare opportunity to work with them.Role:Along with a full site team, you as the Site Manager of a $4M health project in Hervey Bay will be responsible for coordination of all project works, including managing subcontractors, programming of the site, health and safety management plans and delivering the projects to meet deadlines.Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projectsAbility to manage and organise sub-contractorsMeet project timelines and deadlinesStrong focus and understanding of Health and Safety ManagementProblem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsQBCC licence would be preferredIn return, you will receive an above market day rate and work with one of QLD's most reputable builders.
