About the role
Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The role will involve ensuring that all onsite activities comply with regulations and standards, promoting safety, and delivering quality workmanship on time and within budget. If you're passionate about construction and thrive in leadership roles, this role could be for you!
Key Responsibilities for the role Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction siteCoordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performanceReview work progress daily and ensure timely project deliveryEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standardsSite measure and sketches to be supplied to construction managerResolving onsite conflicts and handle any emergencies that may ariseCommunicate effectively with the project stakeholders and clientsMaintain detailed and accurate site reports and documentationReview and complete minor remedial works on site as requiredProvide program feedback to the construction managerSkills & experience
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in structural steel or steel house framing or in a similar role in construction
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Proficient in MS Office
* Prefer - trade background in metal fabrication or carpentry
* Current driver's licence
* General industry induction
* Prefer EWP licences

Benefits
Hours are 6am - 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am - 12 pm Fridays. Salary on offer of $100 - $110k Plus Super and a vehicle provided.
