Nobul is working with multiple clients who are seeking experienced Insurance Site Supervisors.
Your knowledge of QBCC regulations and organisational skills will be vital as you will be overlooking a team of trades.
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality on all finishes.
The successful candidate will be able to comfortably and confidently communicate with clients, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure quality results on every repair job.
Benefits and perks Mobile phone and computerFully maintained company vehicleCompany uniform Key Responsibilities: Attend site and provide an accurate estimate to reinstate works, for both minor and major building lossesCommunicating clearly and regularly with all stakeholdersPreparation of reports and quotes on allocated jobsComplete assessments and scopes of insurance damageProgramming and co-ordination of sub-contractors and suppliers to conduct a high quality repairMeet KPI's as set by all clientsEnsure estimated work is completed in compliance with QBCC regulationsMaintain good records on a computer-based work systemPrime, Endata, Blueprint and other various insurance platform experience desired Please note, due to the nature of insurance repair work, travel to other areas may occasionally be required during major weather events.
