Site Supervisor

Our client is one of the leading residential builders across Queensland and is currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. They pride themselves on being innovative in the way they build their homes and work with their clients and upholding this as they continue to grow.ABOUT THE ROLEThe role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a minimum of 12 - 15 homes at any given time that are of high quality.Their homes range from $450k - $1.2m across a mix of low and high set homes. The workbook currently consists of both estate work and more custom homes within the Bayside region including knock down rebuild. You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office with a full team of both production and sales estimators.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDMinimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industryExperience working with both low and high set homesAbility to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality managementWHAT YOU'LL GETReporting to one of the most experienced construction managers in the marketSalary will be $120k + Super + Car + Phone + Fuel card.
