Townhouse Supervisor Opportunity Your new company Hays have partnered with a multi-residential builder based in the Gold Coast area to appoint a new site supervisor for their Northside sites. Your new role As a site supervisor, you will work accordingly with trades to ensure thorough completion of builds from starting to finishing stages. You will work diligently and meticulously to make sure there are no defects and all builds are done in a presentable manner. You will report directly to the Construction Manager. What you'll need to succeed Multi Residential Experience Trade Background Valid QBCC Site Supervisor Licence Great Communication and Liaison Skil lset What you'll get in return In return, you will be rewarded with an inviting salary ranging from $120,000-$140,000 Super Phone, as well as a strong pipeline for similar builds down the line.
