Our client is an award-winning and highly established volume home building company and due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced home building construction supervisor to join their busy construction team.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: Manage up to 18 new single-story homes in construction concurrently. in the greenfields section Allocate materials and trades to job sites. Ensure timely construction of new homes within budget Effectively communicate with clients, trades, and management in a professional manner. Construction of new homes is carried out safely and complies with company processes and procedures.  Inspecting completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality Maintaining and updating company systems Reporting to management regarding onsite activity Role Requirements: At least 2 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume home building industry. Tertiary qualifications within building and construction Must know how to use Onsite - Companion  for scheduling  Trade background will be highly advantageous Demonstrated experience within the construction sector with excellent building knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to meet deadlines.
