Our client is an award-winning and highly established volume home building company and due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced home building construction supervisor to join their busy construction team.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: Manage up to 18 new single-story homes in construction concurrently. in the greenfields sectionAllocate materials and trades to job sites.Ensure timely construction of new homes within budgetEffectively communicate with clients, trades, and management in a professional manner.Construction of new homes is carried out safely and complies with company processes and procedures. Inspecting completed projects to ensure a high standard of qualityMaintaining and updating company systemsReporting to management regarding onsite activityRole Requirements: At least 2 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume home building industry.Tertiary qualifications within building and constructionMust know how to use Onsite - Companion for scheduling Trade background will be highly advantageousDemonstrated experience within the construction sector with excellent building knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to build a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
