Site Supervisor - Fit Out

About the Company:We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who has demonstrated delivery of commercial fit-outs with a focus on quality builds. You will be joining a close-knit diverse team that is incredibly passionate about what they do. The role will be supervising builds across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.You Will Be Proficient in the Following:Liaise with and coordinate all trades/suppliersLiaise with clients and keep them up to date with their fit-outEnsure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time framesUndertake quality control processes throughout the construction process and action any defectsSolve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frameUndertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe conditionYou will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills are required, and while being given autonomy to run your projects, being a team member is a must!
