With exciting new projects on the horizon, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities Manage all daily site activities and on-site safety and OHS compliance. Coordinate the construction design documents with subcontractors, with the support of the contract's administrator. Ensure that all design documentation is correctly interpreted and implemented on-site. Manage the weekly and overall programme and comply with business system requirements such as PROCORE. Manage the activity of subcontractors and site labour. Ensure all subcontractors and labour are efficiently deployed to meet quality standards and deadlines. Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings. Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet the highest quality of work. Monitor and enforce quality control procedures, ensuring all work complies with project specifications and industry standards. Support the Construction Project Manager when required. Ideal Candidate Preferably will hold a relevant construction degree and qualifications. 5 years + with a T2/T3 head contractor or significant WA-based construction contractor. Previous experience working on > $10m + WA construction project – industrial background beneficial. Strong relationships with subcontractors within the Perth metro area. Take full responsibility for all site aspects of the project and accept accountability for all site activities, including scheduling, safety, quality, and coordination with project stakeholders. Exposure to working directly with clients and consultants. It would be beneficial to have experience with systems like PROCORE and be familiar with project management software, construction technology, and any relevant systems. May hold High-Risk Work License (HRWL) and Working with Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) Licenses. Have experience supervising Tilt Up Work. Your application will include the following questions:
