Role and Responsibilities: Title: Construction SupervisorLocation: Central Coast to NW Sydney (Vineyard)Reporting to: Construction ManagerResponsibilities:Managing the build of up to 15 residential projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction.Ensuring and driving high standards & high performance from subcontractors & trades.Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed to schedule & budget.Ensuring HSE standards are met.Required Experience: Education: Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree.Professional Experience:Essential to have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously for another project homes builder or custom builder.Stable employment history.Ability to work and lead in a team environment.Personal Attributes:Leadership skills.Well-presented.Good communication skills.Company Culture:
