Role and Responsibilities: Title : Construction Supervisor Location : Central Coast to NW Sydney (Vineyard) Reporting to : Construction Manager Responsibilities : Managing the build of up to 15 residential projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction.
Ensuring and driving high standards & high performance from subcontractors & trades.
Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed to schedule & budget.
Ensuring HSE standards are met.
Required Experience: Education: Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree.
Professional Experience: Essential to have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously for another project homes builder or custom builder.
Stable employment history.
Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
Personal Attributes: Leadership skills.
Well-presented.
Good communication skills.
