Site Supervisor - Boutique Luxury Home Builder

My client is a bespoke custom home builder. They put their heart & soul in to building their clients dream homes, from design phase, build through to completion, Building throughout Brisbane's Inner-City Suburbs.
My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their established team of professionals. You will have proven ability to manage up to 4-5 individual custom builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner Coordination of supplies and materials Manage on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures Prepared to be hands on, and not afraid to get on the tools High level communicator, organised & attention to detail A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred  Minimum of 4 years Supervisory experience with Custom or Project Home Builders.
