Wilson Security is seeking a Security Manager to oversee operations at a corporate site located in Perth's CBD.
This is a full-time position under the SSIA framework.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDEOversee the operational management of all personnel delivering services at the corporate facility.Implement security directives and ensure compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.Manage administrative tasks while meeting regulatory and contractual site KPI requirements.Plan, organize, and direct daily operational and administrative activities while introducing proactive measures to enhance security personnel performance.Maintain and update site documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Skills Matrix's, and Assignment Instructions.Manage and oversee the performance and operational responsibilities of all allocated staffing while following internal escalation policies.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORPrevious management experience in a similar role including the Management of a small to medium sized team.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation (Standard Operating Procedures etc.
