ABOUT THE ROLE: Full-Time RoleMonday-Friday Roster 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of Site operations including exceeding contractual obligationsMaintain effective processes and improve service delivery where possibleProvide strong leadership to manage and support a small team of Security OfficersPromote teamwork and collaboration by inspiring high performersAdhere to and be a role model for the Company's values and policiesExperience in having challenging conversations & managing underperforming team membersPrioritize Health and Safety and actively promote itWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Experience in security leadership and managing teams in a corporate security environmentVIC Security License including Control room accreditationProficiency in Access Control, CCTV Operations, Patrolling, Alarm response and Incident Response (including hands-on restraining)Excellent verbal and written communication skills including advanced computer skillsA proactive approach to cultural and operational shifts, with a focus on driving positive change within the teamWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
