What You'll Do You will be part of Cisco Unified Identity team. We provide the best common identity platform experience to our world-class customers using Cisco products across Networking, Security and Collaboration.
Who You'll Work With You'll be collaborating with a team of experienced and dedicated Java server-side developers and cloud/web technology architects from around the world. The team is a unique mix of engineers/architects from a promising cloud-based start-up acquired by Cisco and credible engineers that have worked in Cisco Cloud software for years.

Responsibilities: Setup and maintain monitoring, alerting and logging system to track health and performance of identity service platformUsing data and telemetry to improve feature work and propose feature improvementsRespond to incidents and outages, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to restore serviceMinimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer or Systems EngineerAt least 1 year programming with any of the following: Go, Python, Java, Bash, Linux Shell or similar languagesAt least 1 year experience working with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes etc.Preferred Qualifications: BS or MS in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent experienceCloud computing and working with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience with Source control and continuous integration tools like Git, JenkinsAbility and the passion to learn new things quicklyExperience with observability platforms like Splunk, Grafana, PrometheusCisco will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
