Harvey Norman Commercial is seeking a Site Relations Officer.
Job Description The Site Relations Officer is key to ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution between clients, builders, and the company. This role involves seeking weekly updates from builders, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a seamless handover to clients. The Officer will also maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels. Other responsibilities include driving to site, obtaining client feedback, and updating CRM. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
Typical Duties: Seek weekly updates from builders on the status of properties under constructionQuickly and professionally resolve any issues that may arise throughout constructionCall clients under construction to ensure they are happy, do not have questions, and are responding to tasks quicklyEnsure client satisfaction remains highObtain client feedback for internal useSome lifting will be required for urgent deliveriesQualifications and Experience: Knowledge of the construction industry is preferableExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and high accuracy in task completionExcellent organisational skills for efficient multi-tasking, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on timeStrong computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) experience is desirableAbout you: You are someone who is friendly, has a customer service style attitude with attention to detail. You utilise your initiative and organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on time.
