You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative team members. You'll ensure the highest standards of quality are upheld in our production process. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the business (including SPQD and Incoming Inspectors), set Suppliers Quality Commitments in line with Alstom Procurement objectives, and much more. We'll look to you for:Collaborate with SPQD and Incoming Inspectors to ensure Control Plans are defined and registered.Ensure inspection instructions/checklists are defined and available for Incoming Inspectors.Develop and oversee control plans, ensuring they are updated whenever non-conformities are identified during the incoming inspection and throughout the production process.Securing in a timely manner strong and complete supplier containment actions plan to secure the Manufacturing line.Ensuring complete and efficient Supplier's root cause analysis and corrective actions to supplier's Non-conformities.Challenging suppliers to react quickly and correctly identify and rectify root causes of Non-conformities.Preparing and providing the Site SQ Serial reporting based on defined KPI's and animate teams and suppliers to reach assigned targets.Setting Suppliers Quality Commitments in accordance with Alstom Procurement objectives.Ensuring proper Supplier Quality risk management and deploying dedicated mitigation plans.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
