Reporting to the Mining Support Manager, as a Site Performance Specialist, you'll be essential in helping our mining customers get the most out of their fleet investments. You'll provide technical support, offer advice on equipment optimisation, and analyse fleet performance data to enhance asset performance. This role is based at Bengalla.
Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with the customers on siteUse fleet performance data to look for ways to improve asset performanceCollaborate with customers to resolve unplanned downtime issuesIdentify sales opportunities and communicate these to the Mining Support Representative for actioningMonitor and review maintenance and operational practices and technology applications that impact machine performance and make recommendations for improvement to optimise TCOConduct wear management inspectionsGenerate regular report generation as requiredWell-developed ability to analyse asset health and performance data and compile reportsUnderstanding of large mining equipment 'Total Cost of Ownership' (TCO) and its driversAbility to troubleshoot equipment faults and recommend solutionsQualifications Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Mechanical Trade CertificatePost qualification experience working on CAT equipment is requiredFamiliarity with CAT systems including DBS, SIS, ET, SIMSi and TMI would be highly regardedCurrent Drivers License - C Class minimum Why WesTrac?
