XXXX Brewery is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Site Optimisation Manager to lead strategic initiatives that will shape the future of our brewery! This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in Milton, reporting to the Brewery Director and be a key member of the site leadership team. Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to: Support the deployment and enhancement of our 3-year site strategy as we strive to be best in class across key industry metrics Drive site wide and Network CI opportunities, aimed at improving our safety culture, improving consumer quality, increasing operational efficiencies, eliminating waste and delivering on our sustainability objectives. Develop high performing talent through the deployment of our Capability Framework. Champion sociability and an inclusive work environment Lead and support the delivery of New Product Development (NPD), from concept to execution. Champion Lean Manufacturing (TPM) practices. Create high-impact financial and commercial strategies, supporting an optimised network design, contributing to the future success of Lion. What We're Looking For: Experience leading operations in a brewing, packaging, or manufacturing environment. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and project execution. Proven track record in new product and packaging development. Change management expertise and the ability to coach and lead others. Strong stakeholder management, with experience partnering internal and external teams.
