Job Description About Your New Employer Our client, a global-scale Australian gold producer with projects located in the Goldfields, Western Australia, is looking for an experienced Site OHS Administrator to join their team on a temp contract basis with an immediate start (8/6 roster with FIFO from Perth).
The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated OHS Administrator to assist in the maintenance and administration of our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) systems, databases, and documentation.
This support role involves troubleshooting on-site issues, contributing to system enhancements and developments, as well as generating ad-hoc reports.
The Role Specifics Gather and input data into the appropriate company databases and systems.
Provide ongoing administrative support to the WHS Team.
Assist the WHS Team in preparing and disseminating information related to health, safety, and training for employees and contractors.
Advise the Coordinator on opportunities for system improvements.
Generate weekly and monthly WHS reports, along with any necessary statistical reports.
Manage purchase orders for the business unit.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and consultants engaged by the business unit.
Conduct detailed analyses and presentations of OHS and training data.
Collaborate with other internal departments or stakeholders to promote the use of WHS and training data and systems.
Test programs or databases, resolve errors, and implement necessary modifications for improvement.
Plan, coordinate, and enforce security measures to protect information in computer files from accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.
Oversee the installation and testing of new approved products, ensuring accurate scheduling and planning, and assist in preparing various reports and presentations as required by the site.
Requirements With over three years of experience in a similar systems administration support position, you have a strong focus on customer service, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Having worked in a comparable role, particularly in the resources sector, You adapt easily to shifting priorities, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic environment focused on results.

Benefits This is an excellent casual role with pay rates between $48 - $58 per hour based on experience.
