As the senior on-site representative, you'll ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while managing the complexities of a high-profile regional mega-project.An attractive remuneration package is available for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all site operations to meet strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with contractors to plan, coordinate, and communicate site activities.Navigate the challenges of a remote, politically sensitive environment with resilience and adaptability.Ensure stakeholder confidence through exceptional project delivery and leadership.Requirements:Proven experience in large-scale construction management.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.Key Selection Criteria:Experience coordinating construction sites with multiple EPC contractors working in parallel.At least 15 years in construction management, focusing on large-scale or mega-projects.Proven expertise in remote site operations, safety regulations, and quality standards.Strong problem-solving skills to manage risks and achieve project goals.Commitment to safety, inclusivity, and a collaborative work environment.Ability to handle politically sensitive issues with discretion and diplomacy.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Desirable Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, related field or relevant experience.Remuneration:ASO8, $121,107 - $125,679 per annum + superannuationFull-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.Special Conditions:This is a long term contract.Based in Whyalla.Intrastate travel may be required.Enquiries:Paul RadfordProject ****** Instructions:Applicants are required to submit a full curriculum vitae and written application of no more than two pages, demonstrating their suitability for the role by addressing the key selection criteria above.
