Job Description The Site Manager reports to the Area Manager and is part of the highly engaged Weeks Construction Team. In this incredibly rewarding role, your focus will be to on delivering outstanding quality homes that exceed our customers' expectations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: 
ResponsibilitiesThe allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of homesEnsuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawingsInspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanshipEnsuring that homes are completed on time and within the allocated budgetEnsuring construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systemsEnsuring Trades understand and are complying with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislation and internal operating systemsLiaising with customers and council, as required to provide an unbeatable customer serviceEnsuring that the required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building processQualifications You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management5 years' experience within the Residential Project Home IndustryA strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes expedientlyConsiderable knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homesThe ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient mannerOutstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environmentAbout UsAt Weeks, we've been building beautiful homes for South Australians for over 30 years.
