Site Manager | Warehouse Construction

THE CLIENT My client is a well established commercial builder and has been in the VIC construction market for 40+ years.With a strong pipeline of secured work for the remainder of 2024 and beyond (next 24 months) they are looking to employ an experienced SITE MANAGER. THE ROLE The initial project will be a stand along warehouse, 5000sqm+ based in the Geelong region.This project is expected to take around 12 months to complete with the potential for ongoing work in the region (no promises on this).You will be reporting directly to a Project Manager and you will have the support of a dedicated on-site team including Leading Hand, subcontractors and labour. Duties include but are not limited to; Manage single projects from start to completion Ensure Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to Liaising with internal staff and subcontractors Keep to the expected quality standard within agreed time-frames Managing the site coordination of subcontractors and suppliers SKILLS/EXPERIENCE To be considered for this role, you must be a Site Manager who has specific experience in Structural builds. Ideally warehouse projects.
