Vestas has an open position for a Site Manager to oversee the service teams and business of multiple wind farms in the Western Australia region.The Vestas Wind Service division provides maintenance and scheduled services to our products on client-owned properties. These wind farms are required to meet agreed KPI's regarding output, downtime, running cost, and safety/environmental responsibilities.As a Site Manager, you will manage the individual Wind Farms and their respective Site Supervisors to ensure these agreed KPI's are met.Your focus as the successful applicant will be to manage and support on-site service capabilities, creating a customer-focused culture and maximizing profitability in line with Vestas Business objectives.This position can be Perth-based with the expectation to travel to sites on a regular basis.ResponsibilitiesEnsure Vestas HSE policies are effectively implemented and managed at each Wind Farm site of responsibility.Lead and manage all direct reports and site employees to optimize Wind Farm performance and profitability.Develop Wind Farm budgets and monitor expenditure against budget.
