Coordinate trades, sub-contractors, equipment and materials in line with the construction scheduling requirementsAbility to read and interpret plans and specifications accuratelyOrganise construction works and deliver quality results safely, on time and within budgetAbility to offer constructive solutions and improvementsAbility to work both autonomously and in a team environmentWork with integrity and accountability

ARE YOU A FIT?

To be considered successful, you will have experience with supervising commercial construction projects out of the ground to completion or for fit outs and refurbishments. You will have hands on experience, ideally with a trade background and good relationships with subcontractors. You will have great programming skills, leadership abilities and be autonomous and great at communicating across various stakeholders.
